Family Photography – Pat and Fred Rust

Couple sitting by a River

When I was growing up in Georgetown, I had the opportunity to go to Hawaii with my Mom and Dad, along with a whole group of Georgetown Family. I had never met the organizer of the group, but it wouldn't take long before she took me under her wing, made me one of her own and to this day, I still call her mom....Everyone knows the beautiful person that is Pat Rust. She is giving and caring, and she's always on some errand around Sussex County to help someone out. So when she called me and asked me if I could take pictures of her family for her, how could I refuse? Pat has 3 children; most know Keith or Rusty from around the towns of Georgetown or Millsboro. Pat's daughter and husband live in Florida, so this was really special for them, because they had all their children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren together...man what a clan! So thanks to another group of Georgtown folk, who also happened to be on that same Hawaii trip, we were able to gather along Possum Point and spend some time capturing Memories. Thank you Pat, for still keeping me as part of your family, and sharing this special moment with me and Wendy. 45 groupings of brothers and sisters, aunts and uncles, moms and dads, and of course grandparents and great grandparents; we had captured wonderful memories that will be cherished forever. #MemoriesCaptured
